Adopt from T.A.I.L.S.

Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat from TAILS!  The well-being and care of our animals is our top priority. Our adoption fee reflects our commitment to ensuring that every animal receives the necessary care (including food, medical attention, and shelter) while we work to find them their forever homes.

Adoption Fee: $75 cats and kittens

Your adoption fee includes:

  • spay or neuter surgery

  • age-appropriate vaccinations

  • feline disease testing (FIV, FeLV)

  • microchipping

  • basic wellness care including de-worming and flea control

Please note that all adoption fees are non-refundable, and we do not give away cats or kittens free of cost.

Visit our rescue in Grosse Ile to meet our cats and fill out an application! We do not offer an online application process at this time.

Off island? We are proud to partner with Pet Supplies Plus in Southgate, where we utilize their in-store adoption room. Stop by PSP and meet some of our amazing cats!
